The 2 LIVVV ARTIST ADP HOMES

In January 2017 the 2 LIVVV Artist ADP Home Searching Began with 2 amazing Rodeo Real Estate Agents and we continue with 1 of them till this very day. Then the Arzuman Brothers became an addition to our vision and a safe place for us to begin our journey with as they were building the masterpiece of a home from the ground up in Studio City, Ca. 

In 1 1/2 years as an entire board we went weekly and walked the grounds praying, interceding and believing for our 1 of 12 Artist Homes.

We watched it go from a land of dirt to being the most glorious home

and exactly what we needed.

We had a main major donor Dr. Philips that Reyna Joy met while preaching in Tulsa, OK who promised us the full amount for our home when He received his funds from oversees and she personally paid for him to fly over to Europe to sign off on everything but tragedy hit within his board concerning his heart to give to too many people all over the world.

​

We raised our FULL DOWNPAYMENT on our own for The first

Studio City Artist ADP Home built beautifully by the

Arzuman Brother's and they turned down hard offers because their story was very similar to artist we are focused on saving and catapulting the dreams of... So they held the home for us for 3 months + and eventually sold it with even offering us to come back and buy any of their homes when we are ready and they will transfer the downpayment to any one of them that we choose.

It's called FAVOUR !!!

This vision began when our founder Reyna Joy Banks had finished the first

2 Years of self funding the 2 LIVVV TOUR and taking the

DANCE 2 LIVVV | ACT 2 LIVVV | SING 2 LIVVV

entitie's on the road from city to city, state to state and country to country in a way of giving back to the communities that had so many gifted children, teens and adults, but just lacked opportunity and training in their gifting's at hand.

She created a database of talent and began to book them on jobs without taking a percentage day in and out. Many went from no resume to lengthy, extensive, dream come true resumes and open doors that they were able to leap into without fear.

Reyna Joy Banks Greatest Hearts desire is to see everyone across the world have the chance 2 LIVVV out their ultimate legacy for all the generations to come without fear, doubt, pain and lack of resources or just being looked over all because they haven't made a name for themselves yet.

​

So, when she was down for surgeries October 19th, 2016 and December 19th, 2016 

God released a very direct, strategic and sound vision that began to give her the answer to every artist's cry. Many artist would schedule meetings with Reyna Joy way before this vision even existed sharing their stories, not having anywhere 2 LIVVV, sleeping in their cars or having to work a regular job to survive and missing the whole point fo why they moved to Hollywood to pursue their deeply rooted visions and dreams in the first place.

So the answer became clear as day... 

FREE STATE OF THE ART HOUSING FOR ARTIST'S ACROSS THE WORLD!

To take them through a strategic Artist Development Program per their area of gifts as they pick 1 main focus and 2 electives that they will spend 6 - 12 months in

building, believing and birthing into the new.

We CULTIVATE | CONNECT | CREATE | CATAPULT them 

giving them the programs they need, workshops, internships, bookings, auditions, representation, resume building, on set experience, financial literacy, life coaching, app building, residual income curation, paying it forward teaching others weekly in their own classes, recording with Grammy award winning producers, EP development & completion, writing sessions, table readings, films, shows, tours, live performances and more; while girding them up to soar

spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and more in all of their gifting's.

All legends in their area of the arts and entertainment in their area of gifting will work with them hands on and help walk them into their destiny with the greatest level of work ethic they never even knew existed...

Nothing is being handed to them but they will truly be rewarded for all the work they put in birthing what they never could have dreamed of in their entire lives.
